The Lilac City Gardeners will host a free public workshop, “Getting the Garden Ready for Spring,” on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Frisbie Conference Center, 24 Rochester Hill Road.
The session will cover soil preparation, early spring planting techniques, weed and pest identification, composting benefits, and tool maintenance. Open to gardeners of all experience levels, the event will feature presentations by UNH Extension Master Gardeners Jo Brown and Kathy McGoldrick. Light refreshments will be served.
