Recreation Department to Host Neighborhood Picnic at Nancy Loud Park on 5/16

The Rochester Recreation & Arena Department invites East Rochester community members and neighbors of Nancy Loud Park to attend a Neighborhood Picnic celebrating the new park and playground, which officially opened in October 2025.

The event will take place on Saturday, May 16, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., with a rain date of May 17. Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy yard games, music, and a community art project. The event is free and open to the public. Parking at the venue is limited, and attendees are encouraged to walk or carpool when possible.
