Rochester Main Street to present 7th Annual ‘Festival of Trees’ on December 1 & 2

Nov 29, 2023

Rochester Main Street is pleased to announce that Festival of Trees will return to Studley’s Flower Gardens on Friday, December 1 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday, December 2 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Enjoy caroling, refreshments, and a visit from Santa while strolling through dozens of wonderfully decorated trees, generously donated by area businesses and organizations. They are fully decorated and often stuffed with gift certificates and other fun prizes.

According to Main Street president Jeff Bisson, the event is the nonprofit’s most successful fundraiser of the year. In 2022, the organization raised nearly 10k for its initiatives, which included several downtown beautification projects.

Over the past few years, Main Street built a stage/deck in Wyandotte Alley, hosted numerous downtown cleanups, assisted with a public art mural on the Waypoint Teen Drop-in Center, and planted flowers and bulbs in the park around the Parson Main monument.

“We look forward to welcoming the public to our 7th annual Festival of Trees,” said Bisson. “Special thanks to all the tree sponsors, volunteers, and Studley’s for generously hosting the event.”

Admission is just $5 and includes 5 raffle tickets. Children under 12 enter at no cost. Studley’s Flower Gardens is located at 82 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH 03867.

Rochester Main Street is an all-volunteer 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to downtown revitalization. Visit www.rochestermainstreet.org for more information.
