Rochester Opera House to revive infamous Murder Mystery show

Jan 18, 2024

The Rochester Opera House is pleased to present a revival of the infamous Murder Mystery shows that took place at the Governor’s Inn for 23 years.

Fan favorites Dixon DaCooter and the Lilac City Angels are back, and bringing along a cast of zany characters in a limited run of this interactive Murder Mystery.

With outrageous live musical parodies that span from musicals to rock and roll, this show showcases a wide array of local vocal talent, oversized characters, and a theater tour. The tour takes you through the Opera House and City Hall to discover clues. Organizers say the show will have you laughing in the aisles and scrambling to be the one to solve the mystery.

The show is R-rated, due to adult content and language. If you are easily offended, this may not be for you. Tickets include reserved table seating, light snacks, venue tour refreshments, and dessert (dinner is not included in this event).
